Feelings Are Everywhere.
Express Yourself! Art & Music Decks
Express Yourself! invites children and adults to explore feelings through color, line, rhythm, and sound. The open-ended prompts make social-emotional learning feel natural and approachable, giving children a playful way to identify and express feelings, practice emotional regulation, and build the relationship skills that help us connect with one another.
The deeper gift is the space these cards create for play, exploration, and self-expression. When children have room to experiment, share what they feel, and be met with curiosity, they learn that their inner world is welcome. That sense of safety and trust creates the foundation for connection, and connection creates the conditions where children can learn, grow, and become more fully themselves.
No right answers. No wrong moves. Just a creative way into feelings, conversation, and connection.
The Express Yourself! Art & Music Bundle weaves visual art, sound, and rhythm into a strength-based approach to emotional exploration. Players make, share, reflect, and respond—building self-esteem, empathy, and deep connection. Grounded in a safe framework, this complete set invites players to connect with art and music for self expression.

The Feelings Wheel
A hands-on tool for naming and exploring emotions together — feelings are everywhere!
Expected to ship in October 2026.
Eight emotions. One feeling at a time. The rotating window gives families a simple way to slow down, notice what they’re feeling, and find the words to express it.
Feelings are part of everyday life. They show up at the kitchen table, during a hard morning, in the middle of sibling conflict, and before bed. When you learn at home, you have the unique opportunity to be there for those feelings and make space for them as they come.
Keep the wheel where life happens. Use it when you’re having a tough moment and want to model what it looks like to notice and name a feeling. Offer it to your child when something feels hard and they need a way into what’s happening inside. Use it as part of a daily check-in.
Naming a feeling can open the door to understanding, conversation, and connection. The wheel gives children and families a simple, concrete way to say, this is what I’m feeling right now.
