What This Is
A creative journaling experience for tweens and teens — using art and imagery to build emotional awareness, self-esteem, and a deeper connection to their inner world.

What to Expect
Sessions built around art-making, journaling, and gentle reflection — helping young people feel safe, seen, and freer to express what's moving through them.

Who It's For
Available as individual 1:1 sessions or small group experiences for tweens and teens ready to explore their inner world through creativity.

Our work is rooted in connection, curiosity, and whole-family wellbeing.

A Note On Our Work

Coaching within this program is designed to support reflection, growth, and deeper awareness in your relationships and daily rhythms.

While this work can feel meaningful and supportive, it is important to say that coaching is not psychotherapy. The purpose of coaching is to teach, model, and provide support through situational challenges, whereas mental health therapy is a medically necessary treatment for a diagnosed mental health disorder. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and our offerings are not a substitute for clinical or medical care.

By participating, you acknowledge and understand this distinction and choose to engage in this work as a supportive, non-clinical space for growth and connection.
